Carolina BBQ Rub
Good, all around “Jack of all trades” rub for pork, chicken, or beef.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons chili powder
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup paprika
Directions
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Sprinkle on almost any meat you intend to smoke.
- Refrigerate for at least 3 hours.
- Smoke following the “How to Barbeque” directions.
